Racial Equity Partners (REP) is now closed, effective December 24, 2025.

For five years, our team of consultants had the privilege of working with organizations across the United States, helping build more inclusive workplace practices and equitable systems.

We thank our clients and collaborators for their partnership and continued commitment to this work.

We (the founders) remain committed to our mission to create a more just and equitable world and will continue this work through our individual companies.

The REP email addresses will be active through April 2025.
